How do you contribute to the business?
As Sales Manager of Wolfestone, I am tasked with bringing my experience of new business and account management to the team. I coach and mentor our sales staff to ensure they are always working towards the best results for Wolfestone and, more importantly, our clients.
I work closely with Alex (Managing Director), Linda (Marketing Manager) and Chloe (Operations Manager) to develop strategies to continue to grow the sales team and Wolfestone.
How do you contribute to the customer experience?
My key objective is ensuring customer satisfaction. I want to make sure that clients receive the service which has put Wolfestone where it is. I have 11 years of client-facing experience which has helped me to develop an excellent customer journey.
This journey has now been passed to the sales team and is vital in our training of any new members of staff. It ensures our clients receive timely, accurate responses to their enquiries.
What drew you to the company?
I was drawn to Wolfestone as they are always looking to develop employees, value their opinions and want everyone to achieve their individual goals.
I came to Wolfestone as the company showed a clear career path that allowed me to grow and develop my skills. It also puts me in a position that allows me to work closely with the company Directors and the Executive team to grow the company and, to date, Wolfestone has provided me with all of these opportunities and more!
