Subtitling Presentation

We always encourage   sharing knowledge in Wolfestone, from top to bottom and vice versa, it doesn’t matter where you are in the hierarchy you always have something to offer, and something that colleagues can learn from.

One of the advantages of our internship programme is that we can learn from the students and graduates that join us, to ensure we always stay ahead of the industry in terms of technology and processes which means we are constantly improving and updating the services we can offer.

We recently took on Giorgia and Céline on a 3 month placement in our Project Management team. As graduates and specialists in audio visual translation, the girls organised a presentation for all Wolfestone staff to update us on current best practice for audio visual translation procedures. Not only was it beneficial for staff to keep up to date, it also gave the girls valuable experience in presenting to a wide audience which included Senior Management and Directors.

We’ve learnt over the years that generally external training can only achieve so much. In our industry the best source of knowledge is our people and it is up to us to create and encourage opportunities to harness that knowledge and ensure that it is made available across the company.
