Linguist Requirements:
We welcome applications from linguists who meet the following requirements:
- At least 3 years professional experience
- Annual translation of around 350, 000 words
- A diploma, degree or postgraduate degree in translation or language studies
and/or
Relevant qualifications/experience in a specialised subject matter (i.e a law degree)
What’s the application process?
After submitting your CV you will be asked to complete an application form and a short test translation of around 300 words in length for each of your language combinations and specialisations. We will also contact two references provided by yourselves. If successful you will be added to Synergy X, our online translation management software, and your login details will be sent to you.
We receive hundreds of applications every month so please be patient if we do not respond quickly to your emails. The application process can take some time due to our strict quality standards, and we will endeavour to keep you updated as much as possible.
