How do you contribute to the business?
Marketing means thinking about the business in terms of customer needs and satisfaction. As Marketing Manager I’m responsible for the marketing activities and strategies which identify and satisfy the needs of our customers. It’s about finding new ways to explain the benefits of our products and services so that people enter a long-term business relationship with us.
How do you contribute to the customer experience?
Understanding people and what drives them to behave in the way they do, such as buy a translation from us, is the foundation of marketing. I ensure that customers who land on our website find exactly the answers they’re looking for. Being adaptable is one of the biggest challenges we face as marketers and great customer experience starts with a great website experience.
What drew you to the company?
In April 2010, I read about a vacancy for a German speaking Sales and Marketing Assistant at Wolfestone. I was sure that as a Native German speaker I would qualify and so straightaway I applied for it. A week later I got the job and since 2010, the company supported me with various qualifications, including the CIM Qualification and rewarded me with the role of Marketing Manager.
